Overview :
Responsible for the completion of RFP proposals Health Account Solutions opportunities. Products within the suite include Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts including Limited Purpose, Health, Dependent Care (FSAs),



Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), COBRA administration, Direct Billing Administration and Tuition Reimbursement.

Responsibility
• Responsible for establishing a project upon receipt of RFP within the proposal software tool Responsive and Word Documents
• Responsible for the final production and formatting of each assigned proposal
• Proficient in researching, analysing existing proposals and database content to populate information with the most updated content
• Assess information needs, conduct research and contact functional representatives to retrieve and coordinate all required information and manage RFP process through completion, prior to deadline.
• Forward updates to the RFP proposal database manager with new/custom responses on a regular basis.
