Role Description The Inside Sales Representative role at ShikshaVertex is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will engage with prospective learners, conduct outbound and inbound calls, understand their career goals, and present suitable upskilling and internship programs. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, managing accounts,



and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. The role involves building trusted relationships with learners, addressing queries, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the overall sales experience. Daily activities also include tracking performance metrics, updating CRM records accurately, and working toward sales targets while focusing on learner satisfaction.
