About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to oversee high-impact regulatory, reporting, and
tax operations controls across the trade lifecycle as we scale across products and entities.
You’ll work on brokerage and trading initiatives throughout the business, partnering with
Finance, Risk, Compliance, Tax, and Engineering to improve quality, resilience, regulatory
compliance, and automation.

This role will focus heavily on regulatory reporting frameworks, capital/liquidity reporting,
transaction reporting, and tax operations processes across multiple jurisdictions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Owning BAU controls across regulatory reporting, post-trade operations, and tax operations processes linked to brokerage and trading activities.
Investigating and resolving reporting breaks,



reconciliation mismatches, settlement issues, and tax-related exceptions across the trade lifecycle.
Monitoring operational controls and KPIs related to transaction reporting, liquidity/capital reporting, settlements, and tax reporting activities.
Working across different stages of the trade lifecycle to ensure accurate reporting, reconciliations, and operational integrity across brokerage operations.
Supporting regulatory engagement, audits, and implementation of recent regulatory requirements.
Partnering with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Tax, and Engineering teams to improve operational processes and controls.
Supporting automation and process improvement initiatives using data and analytics tools.

What You’ll Need

Experience in regulatory operations, brokerage operations, post-trade operations, securities operations, or tax operations within a bank, broker-dealer, fintech, or market infrastructure provider.
