Role Description The Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East, responsible for overseeing a small team of consultants and support staff. This role includes planning and assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to ensure high-quality client service. The Team Leader coordinates client engagements, reviews market research and investment proposals, and helps resolve client issues promptly and professionally. They collaborate with senior leadership to streamline processes,



track key performance indicators, and contribute to business development initiatives. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining compliance with internal standards, and fostering a positive, inclusive team culture.
