Role Overview -
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging designs for real estate properties, projects, and marketing campaigns. The role involves designing social media creatives, property listings, brochures, flyers, presentations, digital advertisements,



and other marketing collateral while maintaining consistency with the company's brand identity. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate marketing requirements into high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities -
Create high-quality graphic designs for real estate properties, projects, and marketing campaigns.
Design engaging social media creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Create property listing creatives highlighting project features, amenities, pricing, location, floor plans, and other key information.
Design brochures, flyers, standees, posters, hoardings, presentations, and other offline marketing materials.
Create digital advertising creatives for property launches, lead-generation campaigns, offers, and promotional activities.
