Role Description The Recruiter role at Kataria Green – Ather is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. This role involves building talent pipelines, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.



The Recruiter will collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and support workforce planning. Additional responsibilities include supporting onboarding activities, maintaining recruitment reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment guidelines.
Qualifications
Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, social media recruiting, and basic HR documentation.
