Role Description This is a full-time, in office Branch Manager role based in Bapatla. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, including business development, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include leading and coaching the branch team, monitoring loan processing and collections,



maintaining high-quality customer service, and managing risk and credit discipline. The role also involves tracking branch performance against targets, preparing reports, coordinating with regional and head office teams, and engaging with the local community to strengthen the branch’s presence.
Qualifications

Strong branch operations and team management skills, with experience in supervising staff and driving performance.
Proficiency in credit assessment, loan processing, and collections, preferably in retail or small business lending.
Customer relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse customer segments.
Sales and business development capabilities, including meeting targets and expanding the local customer base.
Analytical and reporting skills, including comfort with basic financial analysis and use of MS Office or similar tools.
