Key Responsibilities:
Upgrades & Lifecycle Management:
Lead end-to-end SAP technical upgrades (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Portal) including Enhancement Pack (EHP) installations and OS/DB migrations.
Manage the full lifecycle of software maintenance using SUM (Software Update Manager) and Maintenance Planner.
Database Administration: Positive Knowledge in management of SAP HANA (MDC, replication, health checks) and Oracle Databases and upgrading of databases.

Core Basis Support & Administration
Daily Operations: Oversee system monitoring (CCMS), background job management, and spool administration to ensure 24/7 system availability.
Change Management: Maintain a robust Transport Management System (TMS) and handle complex transport landscapes.
System Refreshes: Execute end-to-end system copies and refreshes (HANA/Oracle) to keep QA and D
