Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA Manual Test Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, validating application functionality, and ensuring high-quality software releases.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements to understand testing scope.
Prepare Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data, and Test Execution Reports.
Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, Sanity, and UAT testing.
Execute manual test cases across web and/or mobile applications.
Identify, document, track, and validate defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Perform defect retesting and regression testing after bug fixes.
Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other QA team members.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide inputs from a testing perspective.




Ensure adequate test coverage and maintain testing documentation.
Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing where applicable.
Analyze test results and provide clear status reports to stakeholders.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Support production validation and troubleshoot issues reported by end users.
Continuously improve QA processes, testing methodologies, and overall product quality.
Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Manual Software Testing / QA.
Solid knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
Hands-on experience in creating and executing test cases.
Strong experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, and System Testing.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, ALM, or similar.
