Role Description The Brand Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, responsible for developing and executing brand strategies for artists, creators, and partner brands. Day-to-day work includes analyzing market and audience insights, defining brand positioning,



and creating clear brand narratives and messaging frameworks across digital and offline channels. The role involves collaborating with content, social media, PR, and design teams to ensure brand consistency in campaigns, launches, and ongoing communication. The Brand Strategist will prepare strategic decks, conduct competitive reviews, oversee brand guidelines, and monitor performance to refine strategies over time. This position also requires close coordination with clients to align brand goals with business objectives and cultural relevance.
Qualifications
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive Brand Strategy and Brand Development plans aligned with client goals.
Experience in Branding and Brand Management, including positioning, messaging, and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
Robust Communication skills, including the ability to present strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interface with clients
