Role Description This is a full-time, in office Compliance Leadership role based in Noida. The position is responsible for overseeing regulatory and statutory compliance for housing finance operations,



including monitoring adherence to guidelines issued by the National Housing Bank and other relevant authorities. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures; conducting compliance reviews and risk assessments; and ensuring timely implementation of regulatory changes. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and external auditors, managing compliance reporting, and driving awareness and training on compliance requirements across the organization. The Compliance Leader will provide strategic guidance to senior management on compliance risks, support the development of ethical business practices, and help maintain a culture of transparency and integrity.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to housing finance, including National Housing Bank guidelines and applicable financial services laws and regulations.
