What You Will Do:
Lead the Merchant Drive: Pitch and onboard local cafes, salons, and parlors onto the First Loop ecosystem.
Master Sales Psychology: Uncover merchant pain points, pitch membership plans, and use proven persuasion techniques to close deals.
Build Trusted Merchant Relationships: Develop warm, healthy,



and professional relationships with store owners—acting as a trusted advisor to drive long-term satisfaction and organic word-of-mouth growth.
Ensure Success & Renewals: Monitor onboarded vendors, track customer usage, and manage monthly membership renewals to keep retention high.
Map Local Markets: Identify commercial hubs and gather vendor feedback to help shape our product roadmap.
