Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Scientist who can solve complex data problems end-to-end and influence product and business decisions through insights, experimentation, and modelling.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to understand user behaviour, identify growth opportunities, design experiments, and build data-driven solutions. This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond reporting and is excited about using data, statistics,



and machine learning to solve real-world consumer problems.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse large and complex datasets to generate actionable business and product insights.
Partner with Product Managers and business teams to define success metrics, KPIs, and north-star metrics.
Design, execute, and analyse A/B tests, experiments, and feature rollouts.
Build and maintain dashboards and analytical frameworks for cross-functional teams.
Develop predictive models, user segmentation, and user behaviour models.
Identify opportunities across growth, engagement, retention, and monetisation.
Translate business problems into analytical and machine learning solutions.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across analytical workflows.
Apply rigorous model evaluation and validation practices.
Work with Engineering and ML teams to productionise and monitor machine learning models.
