Role Description The Sales Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with partners and customers. This role oversees the sales pipeline, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and managing ongoing accounts for MagickWorld’s stays, shops, clubs, and getaways. The Sales Lead will coach and train the sales team, set performance targets, monitor metrics, and ensure consistent,



high-quality customer service. Day-to-day activities include conducting sales meetings and presentations, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, gathering market insights, and implementing sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing, and pipeline management.
Experience in Training team members, providing guidance, and supporting performance improvement.
Background in Sales Management, including setting targets, tracking metrics, and leading a sales team.
Relevant experience in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.
