Role Description The Executive Human Resources Operations role is a full-time, in office position based in Kozhikode, Kerala.



This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, payroll support, attendance and leave administration, and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. The executive will coordinate recruitment logistics, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities, while maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data. The role includes supporting performance management processes, coordinating training and development activities, and responding to employee queries with a focus on fairness and confidentiality. The Executive Human Resources Operations professional will collaborate closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure efficient HR processes and a positive workplace experience.

Qualifications
Strong HR operations skills, including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and HRIS/data management.
