About the Role
We are looking for a creative and strategy-driven Social Media Manager who understands personal branding and can turn research, insights, and trends into meaningful content.
You will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing content strategies, conducting in-depth content research, coordinating content creation, analysing performance, and ensuring consistent growth across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies for personal brands and service-based businesses
Conduct in-depth content, competitor, audience, and industry research
Create content calendars,



campaign ideas, and platform-specific content plans
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and video editors to execute content
Manage publishing, scheduling, and day-to-day client accounts
Monitor analytics and use performance insights to improve content strategies
Engage with online communities and support audience growth
Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and best practices
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal team members

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or a related role
Solid understanding of personal branding and organic social media growth
Experience working with coaches, founders, consultants, or other service-based businesses
Previous experience at a marketing or social media agency is strongly preferred
Strong content research, ideation, and strategic thinking skills
