Metaguise designs and manufactures architectural metal cladding and facade systems for landmark commercial, institutional and residential projects. Our work spans parametric metal facades, perforated and welded modules, and premium interior cladding — specified by leading architects across India, the Middle East and Europe.
Role Summary
You are the first voice a prospective client hears. You will present Metaguise’s credentials, capabilities and case studies to architects, developers, PMCs and contractors over Zoom and Microsoft Teams — then run a structured discovery conversation to capture the design intent, scale, timeline and commercial context of their project. You will log this into our CRM and hand a qualified, well-documented brief to the sales team.
This is not a cold-calling role. Leads are inbound and inbound-referred. Your job is to represent the brand with polish and extract the intelligence that lets our sales team win.




Key Responsibilities
• Deliver Metaguise’s credentials presentation and curated case studies to international and Indian clients over video calls
• Conduct structured discovery: design language sought, project scale and area, material and finish preferences, budget band, timeline, decision-making structure and competitive set
• Qualify opportunities against defined criteria and prioritise accordingly
• Maintain complete, accurate CRM records — call notes, briefs, attachments, next actions and pipeline stage
• Prepare and deliver clean handover briefs to the sales and technical teams, including full project diligence
• Coordinate follow-up scheduling and keep prospects warm until sales engagement begins
• Maintain and improve the presentation deck and case study library in coordination with marketing
• Track and report on lead quality, call-to-qualified-prospect conversion, and market-wise trends
