We are looking for a Senior Analyst specializing in Location Finance to own country- and office-level expense planning,



serve as a trusted business partner to corporate functions, and bring analytical rigor to both day-to-day operations and long-range financial strategy.
This is a high-visibility role that requires someone equally comfortable building granular financial models and presenting insights to senior leadership. You will work directly with Admin, HR, Facilities, IT, and other corporate departments to plan and control both operating expenditure (OpEx) and capital expenditure (CapEx), ensuring Arcesium's footprint is managed efficiently and transparently.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end OpEx and CapEx planning for India locations, covering facilities, infrastructure, IT assets, and office operations.
Collaborate with Admin, HR, Facilities, IT, and other teams to develop annual budget, quarterly forecast etc.
Track actual spend versus budget at country and office level; investigate variances and work with stakeholders to course-correct i
