Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have completed CA and possess 1-2 years of relevant bookkeeping experience. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, preparing financial reports, and supporting the accounting needs of our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts for assigned clients.
Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.




Prepare financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
Review financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
Support audit and tax-related activities by providing accurate financial information.
Adhere to quality standards and turnaround timelines.

Required Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant.
1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping.
Freshers, with exceptional skills can apply too

Required Skills
Robust understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Working knowledge of US accounting processes will be an advantage.
Experience with accunting software such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
