About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day floor operations, manage the front-office/support team, ensure smooth patient flow and deliver an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily floor and branch operations.
* Supervise and coordinate staff members.
* Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting time.
* Coordinate with doctors, reception, optometrists and other departments.
* Handle patient queries, complaints and escalations.
* Monitor staff attendance, discipline,



grooming and performance.
* Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of records.
* Monitor cleanliness and overall floor standards.
* Resolve operational issues efficiently.
* Prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
* Support branch targets and service-quality objectives.
* Train and guide team members when required.

Candidate Requirements:

* Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Healthcare Management preferred.
* 1-3 years of experience in hospital, clinic, healthcare, retail, hospitality or customer-service operations.
* Solid communication and team-management skills.
* Good problem-solving and leadership abilities.
* Patient/customer-oriented approach.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
