Role Description The Team Leader is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for guiding and managing a team of real estate professionals to achieve sales and service targets. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, including assigning leads, monitoring follow-ups,



and ensuring timely closure of residential and commercial property transactions. The Team Leader will coach team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing training on market trends, products, and sales best practices. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with developers, participating in client meetings and site visits, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The role also requires close collaboration with management to forecast sales, develop strategies, and uphold MoneyTree Realty’s standards of client service and ethical conduct.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading sales or advisory teams in real estate or a related sector, with strong people management and mentoring skills.
Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to handle high-value residential and commercial transactions.
