Key Responsibilities

Deployment & Project Management

Assist in planning, tracking,



and executing deployment projects across multiple regions and time zones.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Ensure deployments are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate deployment readiness activities, including configuration, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate internal resources and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and stakeholders.

Process & Operational Excellence

Identify opportunities to improve deployment methodologies, documentation, and operational processes.
Track deployment KPIs and prepare management dashboards. Leadership
Mentor and guide Deployment Associates or junior team members.
Support resource planning and workload management.
Act on behalf of the Global Deployment Manager when required
