Sales & Business Development Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans, target-market strategies, and key account development programs to achieve business growth.
Identify new business opportunities, industries, customers, and geographic markets for the companys products and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, key accounts, consultants, and prospective clients.
Drive product awareness through customer meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, site visits, and regular follow-ups.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and enquiry handling to quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
Coordinate with design, production, purchase, service, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Understand customer applications and project requirements and recommend appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis, including pricing, product positioning, market trends,



and competitor strategies.
Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, quotations, payment terms, delivery schedules, and project proposals.
Track sales opportunities, follow-ups, order status, payments, and customer commitments to ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate customer databases, sales pipelines, enquiry records, CRM updates, and MIS/sales reports.
Develop long-term account strategies to increase repeat business, cross-selling, upselling, and customer retention.
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure effective post-sales coordination and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Relevant experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, project sales, or business development.
Proven ability to manage projects, key accounts, and the complete sales process.
Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship-management skills.
