We are looking for an experienced VIM – OpenText Functional Consultant with solid expertise in SAP VIM, AMS/Production Support, Invoice Processing and Approval Workflow.
? Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage the complete VIM Invoice Lifecycle
• Invoice Capture / Inbound
• Invoice Registration
• OCR / Data Extraction
• Invoice Validation
• Exception Handling
• Invoice Approval
• Analyze and resolve VIM incidents, service requests and problem tickets
• Perform RCA and implement permanent fixes
• Handle critical and high-priority production issues
• Provide functional support for DP, Invoice Processing, Non-PO, Credit Memo and Down Payment
? Workflow & Approval




• Configure and troubleshoot VIM Approval Workflows
• Maintain Approval Matrix / Approver Determination
• Analyze workflow failures and stuck documents
• Support workflow-related change requests
