We are looking for a Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day documentation, coordination, and administrative activities related to sales, purchases, logistics, and dispatches.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily attendance and employee records.
Handle inward and outward document management and maintain proper records.
Manage sales and purchase documentation, including maintaining and organizing relevant documents.
Coordinate with the logistics and transportation teams for smooth movement of materials.
Coordinate sample preparation and dispatch to customers.
Maintain proper records of dispatches, deliveries, and related documentation.
Follow up with internal teams, transporters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities.




Support the sales and operations team with general coordination and administrative work.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, documentation, or operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and follow up on tasks.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing, trading, plastics, polymers, or logistics will be preferred.
