Role Description This is a full-time Civil Engineer role based in Surat with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of in office and work-from-home activities. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of water-related infrastructure, including canals, dams, distribution networks, and irrigation systems. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and technical specifications, conducting site inspections, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. The role involves coordinating with project managers, government stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and construction issues and to keep projects on schedule and within budget. The Civil Engineer will also support stormwater management solutions, prepare technical reports, and contribute to continuous improvement
