Social Media Strategist – Aari India (Full-Time, In-Person)

Aari India is a 26 year old luxury wedding & couture brand rooted in Indian craftsmanship, offering curated collections across sarees, occasion wear, and modern silhouettes. With a robust digital-first presence, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to shape and elevate our brand storytelling.

Role Overview:
You will manage the social media voice, visual direction, and content rollout for Sarees by Aari. From identifying trends and conceptualising shoots to writing strong copy and analysing performance, this role calls for someone with a sharp eye for fashion and an understanding of what makes content aspirational, relevant, and shareable.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily social media posting, scheduling, optimisation, and community engagement.
Conceptualise content ideas, reels, campaigns, and storytelling formats aligned with the brand’s identity.




Create shoot moodboards with clear styling, prop, location, and visual references.
Coordinate and assist with shoot execution to ensure the content remains aesthetically on-brand.
Write engaging captions, campaign copy, scripts, and platform-specific content.
Track emerging fashion, wedding, cultural, and social media trends and translate them into relevant content.
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, designers, and the wider marketing team.
Manage collection launches, festive campaigns, influencer content, collaborations, and event coverage.
Monitor KPIs, including reach, engagement, views, follower growth, saves, shares, and conversions.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for growth.
Maintain the brand’s visual language, tone of voice, and premium positioning across all content.

Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year of experience in social media within the fashion industry
