Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Audit professional to join our team. The role will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, identifying business and process risks, ensuring compliance, and recommending improvements across various business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in internal audit, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits across various business functions and processes.
Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance procedures.
Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and operational inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
Follow up on audit observations and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
Assist in developing annual audit plans, risk assessments, and audit programs.
Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to gather relevant information and resolve audit queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable industry best practices.
Support management in strengthening internal controls and improving business processes.
Required Skills
Solid understanding of internal audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal controls.
Proficiency in Tally/SAP
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Experience & Candidate Profile
4–5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit.
Experience with a Big 4 or reputed CA firm will be prefer
