Role Overview:
Social Sherpa is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can do more than just run ads someone who can own performance, lead strategy, guide the team, and drive measurable outcomes across Google and Meta. You'll manage performance marketing across our client portfolio, taking ownership of strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and team direction for paid campaigns across Google and Meta.

What you'll do:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
Own the full funnel from audience research and campaign architecture to budget pacing, A/B testing, and scaling what works
Brief and direct the creative team on what ad creatives, hooks,



and formats are needed based on campaign objectives and platform best practices
Set up tracking, pixels, conversions, and attribution correctly across platforms
Track metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Present performance reports to clients with explicit insights and next steps
Stay sharp on platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging channels

What you bring:
Strong grasp of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing frameworks
Comfortable making creative decisions you know what kind of ad will work before you brief the designer
Experience managing monthly ad spends across multiple clients/accounts
Working knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs, and basic attribution
Clear communication: You can explain performance to clients without jargon

ROAS / ROI: Ability to drive profitable and measurable returns from paid campaign
