Responsible for testing projects. (Compressors / Air Dryer units / Motors etc)
Experience in preperation of the test setup, sensor (TCK, pressure sensor) fittment & configuration, pneumatic fittiing & piping layout preperation.
Hands on in handling & using DAQ (KBK, NI) Measuring instruments.
Conducting development-related tests, type tests, and measurements with air supply systems and their components
Evaluation of test results and creation of reports.
Developing and implementing specifications and concepts for test tasks, including programming data acquisition, using DIADEM, Labview, NI, etc.
Responsible for ensuring utilization, calibration and maintenance related to test lab equipment’s.
Ensuring compliance with norms, safety standards and quality management processes.
Organization and planning of tasks in the testing area, both with external service providers within projects and providing guidance to assigned technicians
Technical guidance for engineers and technicians in testing regarding the test setup & testing procedures.
