Role Description
System Design: Create detailed plans for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), power distribution, lighting, fire safety, water supply, and drainage
Site Supervision: Inspect construction work to verify that installations match approved engineering drawings and safety regulations
Cross-Team Coordination: Work alongside architects, structural engineers, and general contractors to prevent spatial conflicts using tools like Revit MEP and AutoCAD
Testing & Commissioning:



Run diagnostic checks, pressure tests, and operational assessments before handing over the building
Sustainability & Audits: Optimize energy consumption, calculate load requirements, and recommend eco-friendly building practices.
Qualifications
Strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design and engineering skills, with experience in integrated building services.
Expertise in Plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary design for building projects.
Proficiency in Electrical Engineering for building services, including power distribution, lighting, and safety systems.
Experience in MEP Coordination across disciplines to avoid clashes, optimize routing, and ensure constructability.
Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings and translate them into detailed MEP layouts.
