Role Description As a Junior Account Manager at Mantle’s creative agency in Noida, you will support the end-to-end management of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on brief, on time, and within scope. In this full-time, on-site role, you will coordinate between clients and internal creative teams, gather and clarify requirements,
and help translate business objectives into actionable creative tasks. You will monitor project timelines, prepare status reports, and assist in organizing meetings, reviews, and feedback cycles. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking deliverables, supporting campaign planning, maintaining documentation, and helping identify opportunities to deepen client relationships. You will contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on high-quality creative work and measurable results.
