As an Operations Specialist in Loylogic, you play a pivotal role in our global Operations Team. Responsible for the timely and accurate setup of merchants, products, and promotions, you ensure clients receive responsive, efficient, and high-quality service. Simultaneously, you provide best-in-class SLA managed customer service to loyalty programs and its members, handling requests and inquiries related to earning or spending miles. Your skills, motivation, and expertise guarantee top-notch support for both clients and members, fostering consumer engagement and transactions through your attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

What will you do
Manage customer service issues from program members, clients, and merchants,



with a focus on converting complaints into positive conversations.
Execute product set ups, content formatting and updating.
Conduct monthly catalog correction exercises to keep information up to date.
Edit and enhance images and content using tools such as Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software.
Research, review, customize, and format English product content from manufacturers’ websites.
Conduct training sessions for merchants on internal tools and processes.
Demonstrate a proactive and cutting-edge approach to problem-solving, thinking beyond routine methods to provide optimal and accurate solutions that align with a "win-win approach" for Loylogic and its clients and merchants.
Uphold a high level of attention to detail and formulate action plans to achieve Service Level Agreement milestones, demonstrating a "fire in the belly" attitude for excellence.
