Role
We are looking for a LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to manage and grow LinkedIn presence for Onemind Martech and its B2B clients. The role involves organic LinkedIn marketing, LinkedIn advertising, audience targeting, personalised outreach, lead generation campaigns, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute organic LinkedIn marketing strategies for company pages and leadership profiles.
Create and manage LinkedIn content, including posts, thought leadership, industry insights, and engagement campaigns.
Plan, launch, and optimise LinkedIn Ads and lead generation campaigns for B2B clients.
Use LinkedIn Campaign Manager to manage targeting, budgets, creatives, audiences, and campaign performance.
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for ICP identification, prospect research,



account mapping, and lead generation.
Develop LinkedIn targeting strategies based on industry, job function, seniority, geography, company size, and other relevant parameters.
Execute personalized LinkedIn messaging and outreach to engage prospects and support demand generation.
Manage client relationships, understand client objectives, communicate campaign progress, address queries, and ensure timely delivery of agreed marketing activities.

What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in LinkedIn marketing, preferably with B2B brands or a digital marketing agency.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, Campaign Manager, and LinkedIn lead generation campaigns.
Valuable content writing and communication skills, with the ability to create sharp, audience-specific B2B content.
Strong client communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage multipl
