Detailed JD
Administer and manage enterprise Bitbucket environments, including repository governance, project setup, branching strategies, access controls, and user lifecycle management.
Configure and maintain integrations between Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, SonarQube, and other DevOps toolchain components.
Design, implement, and enforce SCM best practices covering branching, merging, code review workflows, repository standards, and release management.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Bitbucket issues related to authentication, permissions, performance, repository health, and developer productivity.
Support CI/CD pipeline enablement by collaborating with development, QA, DevOps,



and platform engineering teams to optimize source control processes.
Implement security, audit, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance controls for source code repositories and associated DevOps platforms.
Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives using scripting and APIs to streamline repository administration, user provisioning, reporting, and operational support.
Preferred Skills
Bitbucket, Git, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Artifactory, CI/CD, Groovy, Python, Shell Scripting, DevOps, SCM Governance.
