Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Develop strategies for lead generation, retargeting, and customer acquisition.
Conduct audience research, keyword research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Work closely with the content, sales, and design teams to improve campaign performance.




Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and platform changes.

Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Good understanding of analytics, conversion tracking, funnels, and ROI optimization.
Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising budgets.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
