Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will prospect and develop new business opportunities, engage with industrial customers, and promote Panurgy’s compressed air, refrigeration, dehumidification,



and heat exchange solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding technical requirements, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role also involves coordinating with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate solution proposals, timely delivery, and post-sales support. The Commission Sales Associate will maintain CRM records, provide regular sales reports, participate in market research, and represent Panurgy at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals on a commission-based structure.
