Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Supervisor to manage and oversee all maintenance activities at a residential apartment. The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of all technical systems and handling day -to -day operational issues efficiently.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance operations at the site
- Handle electrical, plumbing, and general repair works
- Monitor DG, STP, WTP, and fire safety systems
- Attend and resolve resident complaints promptly
- Coordinate with vendors and AMC service providers
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain service logs, reports, and checklists
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Manage technicians and support staff
