Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

- Lead
the planning and implementation of complex, AI -driven and digital
engineering projects (e.g., workflow automation, Agentic AI based
applications etc).

- Define
project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior
management and US clients. Create user stories and scrum planning.

- Develop
full -scale project plans, schedules, and communication documents, managing
all project stakeholders.

- Proactively
manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise
contingency plans.

- Conduct
project retrospectives and create a recommendations report to identify
successful and unsuccessful project elements.


Client & Stakeholder Management

- Serve
as the single point of contact for US -based clients, providing
regular updates, managing expectations, and building strong, trusting
relationships.

- Facilitate




effective communication across geographic and cultural boundaries between
the client, sales, and engineering teams.

- Present
proposals, progress reports, and project results to technical and
non -technical audiences, including client executives.


Technical Oversight & Team Leadership

- Work
closely with Engineering Director/
Architect to ensure the technical approach and architecture aligns
with client requirements and best practices.

- Understand
the new feature releases and use of AI in the modern tech stack used in the projects to challenge estimates and drive technical
excellence.

- Provide
direction and support to the project team, ensuring they have the
necessary resources and tools to perform their tasks.

- Employ
best practices, utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies, to ensure
predictable, high -quality delivery.


Financial & Resource Management

- Oversee
project budgets, tracking expenditure and working to keep projects within
financial constraints.

- Forecast
resource needs and manage capacity planning for your assigned projects.
