Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Tamil Recruiter to join our HR team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates primarily for Tamil-speaking roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment of quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Conduct telephonic interviews in Tamil and English to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status regularly.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Meet hiring deadlines and ensure recruitment metrics are achieved.




- Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and share with management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in recruitment (1–3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Tamil (speaking, reading, writing) is mandatory.
- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with job portals, sourcing techniques, and MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (HR or related field preferred).
