Handle demand management & replenishment activities for Europe WH’s.

Maintain optimum warehouse inventory level for highest customer satisfaction.

1. Responsible for handling supply Planning, Inventory Management, Scheduling & dispatching tires for Europe OEM Warehouses from Production factories via sea transport.

2. Collaborate with Sales teams & Europe logistics teams on short term & long term forecast, customer demand.

3. Analyzing & consolidation of the forecasts/Demand at SKU-Warehouse level with horizon of six months. (Supply status)

4. Responsible for preparing weekly supply coverage against the demand with lead time and resolve supply issues involving the customers, sales as well as back end supply chain Europe.

5. Accordingly coordination with dispatch planners’ team for allocation of Tires in system considering available stock in hand, in transit against required demand/forecast qty.

Creation of Plans in system with help of DEO team for plan to supply to the Europe warehouses from TN, Dahej & Israel factory.

7. Follow up with logistics & WH teams for dispatch of plans considering vessel schedule.

8. Creation of region specific Monthly Production requirement to PPC team as per Two+ Months demand horizon for TN/Dahej/Israel factories to Europe warehouses.

9. Monitoring the supplies in coordination with PPC & dispatch planners to achieve demand fulfillment.

10. Responsible for updating sales teams & Europe Back end team about tires availability, constraints & Production schedules.

11. Creation of region wise DRP twice in the month for ensuring on time creation of STO as per demand/Forecast.

12. Execution of DRP in system with the help Order Management team.

13. SKU’s wise Safety stock creation for EU OEM WH’s based on future Demand/ forecast and past sales historical data, lead time.

14. Coordination for dispatch of SAMPLES tires customer request to Kerry WH with the help of PDC team & ensuring timely delivery.

15. Working with finance team for getting Transfer price for each tires to WH’s location in Europe.

16. Transfer Price updation in system with the help of Order management team for pending & current order booking.

17. Creation of Inbound entries in SAP India for dispatched material from Israel factories. (Israel factory manufactured sizes)

- Zero Air freight shipment, Zero detention & zero demurrage Chagres.

- Graduate in Engineering / Business/Operations Management
