A. Senior Counsellor

Number of Positions: 1
Experience Required: 8–10 years
Candidates should have substantial experience in academic or career counselling, preferably for professional certificate and diploma courses.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Excellent communication, counselling and presentation skills.
Confident, professional and pleasant personality.




Experience in handling student enquiries, admissions and parent interactions.
Ability to manage lead follow-ups, admission records and enquiry databases.
Solid understanding of student counselling and admission conversion.
Ability to supervise, support and guide junior counsellors.
Good organisational, interpersonal and team-management skills.

B. Junior Counsellor

Number of Positions: 2
Experience Required: 2–3 years
Candidates should have experience in counselling, admissions, tele-calling or a related field.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assist students with course enquiries and the admission process.
Experience in tele-calling, lead follow-ups and query coordination.
Ability to maintain admission records, spreadsheets and CRM databases.
Smart, confident and target-oriented personality.
