Location: Delhi, Jangpura I-36( relocation to Naraina by this year)
Work Type: Full-time, In office
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience: minimum 3 years (preferably in Tech & Media)

Role & Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and prompt issue resolution.
Understand client objectives and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized marketing solutions.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and growth.
Prepare reports, presentations,



and updates to keep clients informed on campaign performance.
Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to meet client needs.
Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Requirements:
3 minimum years of experience in client relations, preferably in digital marketing, tech, or media sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
