Role Description The Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Sales is a full-time, in office role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for leading sales operations, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth across residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality projects. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring lead generation, overseeing client relationship management, and ensuring timely closure of deals. The role also involves market analysis, sales forecasting,



coordination with marketing and project teams, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The individual will mentor team members, implement performance metrics, and represent the organization in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
