Role overview:
As an HR Executive, you will support the day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance. You’ll work closely with the HR Head and various department leads to ensure seamless people processes across our diverse and global team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment administration and coordination across the full lifecycle, including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and preparing necessary documentation.
Facilitate the smooth, productive onboarding and orientation process for all new joiners, ensuring timely completion of necessary systems access.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all employee records within the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other internal trackers.
Prepare, verify, and submit accurate inputs for monthly payroll and leave data to ensure compliance.
