Role Summary:
Lovely Skilled University (LPU) is looking for talented, creative, analytical, and execution-oriented professionals to strengthen its Instagram/ X (Tweeter) and social media presence. The Instagram/ X team will be responsible for driving audience growth, developing high-quality content, managing daily publishing, and maintaining a strong online reputation.

For Intagram:

1. Instagram Growth Expert – Metrics
Drive growth in followers, reach, engagement, impressions, and audience retention.
Analyse Instagram Insights, audience behaviour, trends, and competitors.
Develop data-driven growth strategies.
Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Provide actionable insights to improve content and campaign performance.

2. Instagram Content Strategist – Strategy & Production
Develop Instagram content strategy, creative concepts, campaigns, and calendars.
Create concepts for Reels, Stories, Carousels, and trend-based content.
Manage end-to-end production: scripting, shoot planning, videography, editing, and postproduction.
Coordinate photographers,



videographers, editors, agencies, and production partners.
Strong knowledge of storytelling, cinematography, filmmaking, and visual content is preferred.

3. Instagram Manager – Publishing & ORM
Manage daily Instagram publishing and content-calendar execution.
Ensure accuracy of captions, hashtags, keywords, tags, mentions, formats, and schedules.
Handle comments, DMs, mentions, tags, and audience sentiment.
Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM).
Coordinate content approvals with internal teams.
Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and communication standards.

For X (Twitter):

1. X Growth Expert – Metrics
Grow followers, engagement, impressions & reach.
Track and analyze key X/Twitter metrics and performance.
Develop strategies to improve audience acquisition and engagement.
Identify trends, opportunities and high-performing content.
Prepare actionable insights and growth rep
