MegaMovers Logistics is expanding its Operations Team and looking for an experienced logistics professional who can independently manage international Air & Sea shipments and coordinate effectively with customers, airlines, shipping lines and overseas agents.
? Key Responsibilities
• Handle complete Air & Sea Import & Export Operations
• Shipment booking, documentation & follow-ups
• Coordinate with overseas agents, customers, airlines & shipping lines
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation
• Track shipments and ensure timely updates
• Coordinate with CHA, transporters and internal teams
• Resolve operational queries and ensure smooth shipment execution
• Maintain accurate shipment records and reports
? What We’re Looking For
✔️ 2–5+ years of experience in International Freight Forwarding Operations
✔️ Strong knowledge of Air & Sea Freight




✔️ Good understanding of shipping documentation & processes
✔️ Experience working with overseas agents
✔️ Excellent command of English – written & spoken
✔️ Strong coordination and communication skills
✔️ Ability to work independently and handle multiple shipments
✔️ Immediate joiners preferred
