Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, prepare and deliver client presentations, and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into long-term clients. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



collaborating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, and contributing to revenue growth targets. The role also requires regular client meetings, negotiation of commercial terms under guidance, and preparation of periodic business performance reports.
Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a scalable pipeline.
Business acumen and understanding of consulting services across Marketing, Finance, or Legal domains.
Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
Account Management abilities, including relationship building, client retention, and upselling or cross-selling services.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting (prior experience in professional services firms is an advantage).
