Role Description This is a full-time/Freelance on-site role for Technical Trainers based in Noida & PAN India. The Technical Trainers will design, deliver, and evaluate technical training programs for learners, ensuring that course content aligns with industry standards and organizational objectives. Responsibilities include preparing training materials and lesson plans,



conducting classroom and lab sessions, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves coordinating with training and development teams to update curricula, maintain training records, and participate in continuous improvement of training methodologies. Technical Trainers are expected to foster an inclusive, engaging learning environment and support learners in achieving certification and employment readiness.
Qualifications
Should be B. Tech/BCA/MCA/M. Tech only.
Minimum 3+ years of experience required.
Candidates should possess solid Technical Training and Technical Trainers skills focused on delivering structured, hands-on instruction.
Candidates should possess Training & Development and Training skills for designing programs, managing sessions, and evaluating learning outcomes.
