We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead high-performing backend engineering teams focused on building scalable SaaS and platform capabilities using Java, Microservices, AWS, and Node.js technologies.

What You’ll Do




Lead and mentor a team of backend and full-stack engineers building scalable distributed systems.
Strong understanding of Low-Level Design principles, with the ability to review and guide engineers on pseudocode, algorithms, design patterns, and implementation quality
Drive architecture, design, and delivery of cloud-native applications and microservices.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Own engineering execution, sprint planning, roadmap delivery, and operational excellence.
Build highly available and resilient systems running on AWS cloud infrastructure.
Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD, code reviews, observability, security, and performance optimization.
Drive modernization initiatives from monolithic systems to event-driven microservices architectures.
Foster a solid engineering culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
